Fri, January 25, 2008 - 7:50 AMIf your'e in the south, you can use duct tape for anything. It's in many state constatutions down here. SO can you be more spacific ?
Homeless people use it regulary on thier long walking trecks. I like "Gorlia tape" myself, the end all, be all of duct tapes. -

Re: I know I should probably ask...
Sun, January 27, 2008 - 7:06 PMMore specific, is to prevent blisters....am doing a 1/2 marathon this next Sunday. Last time did 1/2 marathon I got this horrible blister 4 inches long around heel and 1/2 inch out, 1 inch wide...Wasn't new shoes or anything...never seen anything like it before. -

Mon, January 28, 2008 - 7:25 AMI'd find out why I got the blister, just because you have tred on your shoe, doesn't mean it isn't worn out, exp. for a runner. movement in your shoe is the only thing that can cause this, get new shoes. If I did get a blister under the duct tape.......well think about tearing off a gaint band-aid from a active sore !!!!!!!!! -
