I am a teacher who has traveled a lot over the years.
I am thoughtful and love hearing about others' travels.
I am currently moving back to Seattle. I usually use advice from many sources when I travel.
I am a light traveler adn usually got with a few placves and activities in mind.. a yoga retreat center, or a school or a study of language for a week or so...

Additional info:I go to tribe every day. I was asked to moderate an aol message board by aol at one time because I contributed daily in another area of expertise: fitness.

Sat, February 9, 2008 - 11:28 AMI stayed at a place from Mexico on 204 a day many years ago in town with a beautiful courtyard for almost nothing.
Be sure to go to the markets with lots of space to brign wonderful things back home.

I have not heard back from tirbe about my being moderator of this tribe yet.
I am inprocess of moving and applying for professional jobs and then teaching in another country. I may nto be able to moderate this tribe. Tribe is a wonderful place for much friendsips and exchange of ideas but I dotn quite always understand their priorities and might not be able to navigate with them.
I amhousesitting whiel I get my professional job and hav elimited computer access.. my situation changes each week. It is wonderful for me except the computer access and thats required here.

I asked to be moderator months ago, before I had any idea I would be moving.
I came to Seattle to lay the groundwork for moving back in late spring. The major mountain pass closed from one side of the state to another and I was stuck here for 2 weeks. During that time many moving plans accelerated and changed. Also tribe never responded to my 2 emails to them about offering to moderate.
I am sorry that you are so upset. This is a travel board. This is also a board for friends. Please check your attitude and consider if you have ever had things change unexpectedly and then faced informing people of such changes and then how you preferred to be notified. -

I am sstill without a permanent computer.. been too busy taking classes and such to go back to eastern Washington to get it.. when I do I will take more time to plead with them.
